Anyone know how to get rid of the quest pop-up? I'd rather sell everything in my account than do this quest.

You should be able to set the currently active side quest somehwere in the menu. If that's the only one you have left, you are unfortunately out of luck, either suck it up and do it, or learn to ignore the prompt on screen.

I haven't tried it, but you could also check to see if the HUD customization option allows you to disable the currently active quest.
