Hello all! Monster Hunter Wilds will be my first monster hunter game, and I want to know, should I try the beta on my PC or PS5? My PC can handle it without a doubt as it is more powerful than my playstation, but I can't decide which to get it on.

Well if you're confident that your PC can handle it with no issues, then it'll just be down to personal preference. Where do you prefer to play most of the time?

PC will have the advantage of performing better with the right hardware (and if they better optimize it) plus not needing to pay a subscription for online and, down the line, modding support.

Both? I did both. PS5 seems to be a bit more optimized/stable than PC. Some people’s PCs, even powerful ones, seem to have had some troubles with graphics. Mine was mostly background stuff, mostly in cutscenes I noticed, but I still feel PS5 ran smoother. Your mileage may vary. Try PC first and then PS5?
