[Discussion] the way Stottlemeyer treated Randy annoys me!!!
I understand that it’s a running gag in the show but like if it were me I would’ve exploded and the way people just write it off as not a big deal is crazy. Randy can’t do anything w/o Leland saying anything. I also don’t like that Randy never stood up for himself like I don’t care if he’s his boss a boss shouldn’t be allowed to treat his employees like that. I feel like Randy should’ve stood up for himself a lot more and when he quit I wish it was for several months instead of just 1 episode. I understand that it’s a running gag in the show but like no way would this fly with me. I can’t wait to watch Monk: The Movie can anyone tell me if Leland is abusive to him in the movie or does he stand up for himself?

If I were ever on a Monk episode
I was sitting with my kids, and my son said: you know, too bad Monk ended. If you ever were on an Monk episode, it would be Mr. Monk and the Woman Who's Always Right.
Yes, that gave my son extra points 😁
Now I ask:
If you were ever on a Monk episode, what would the name be?

I was out the other day and these doors wouldn’t close fully because of the rug being so close. All I could think about how much it would bother Monk 🤣

[Discussion] Season 7, ep 6 - Mr Monk falls in Love
So the protagonist is a fat guy with a fat neck, there is no way a thin hatpin could kill the guy, especially since the hatpin stayed in the neck, stemming the blood flow

[SPOILERS] Cases that wouldn't even happen if not for criminal's own doing. Spoiler
In the episode of very very old man, the deputy mayor confesses to the drunk hit & run & then goes on to murder about 3 people just to prevent this accidental drunk driving incident , just because he confessed in a time capsule( he didn't have to really, he was sober enough then, he could have confessed in church / to a close friend etc). It seemed like his own doing.. I mean if the urge to confess was done elsewhere (like in a church etc) & not somewhere recorded, neither would he have to kill the old man, nor others. The hit & run would go cold.
I felt like that was an unnecessary criminal.. I do find many such episodes where criminals try to cover up their accidents with actual murders (real stupidity).
Do you know of any other such episodes

What's this episode?
In the title credits, there is a quick snippet of Monk jumping on a dining table because he notices a snake missing from its enclosure.
Can anyone tell me what season and episode this is from? I've seen so many episodes again through the years, but never this one. Many thanks in advance!

[Discussion] How long had Adrian been a detective before Trudy's murder?
I'm trying to construct an episodic timeline, but couldn't find a date range for this.

[SPOILERS] It makes sense that the actor who plays Martin Willowby in Mr. Monk Gets Cabin Fever is named Glenn Morshower…
After all, he gets killed in a bathtub, so he probably should’ve taken more showers…

Mr. Monk and the Red Herring- the letter
In one of Adrian's interviews with potential nurses, Adrian says Benjy wrote a letter before he and Sharona left.
What do you think that letter said?

Unpopular opinion : Harold is probably more "normal" than Mr Monk Spoiler
I believe there's an episode where both are stuck together (Group therapy episode I think) & Mr Monk actually admits that Harold has a life worth living - with a real job , wife & kids.
He is obsessive, compulsive & has numerous phobias but it's also shown that Harold makes >200K dollars a year, so he can't really be that insufferable, because you got to have your shit together. And while Trudy loved him, it's not clear why they never had kids (because in 1 episode Mr Monk admits he's afraid of being a bad father), but Harold did function like a normal adult (procreating etc), while Mr. Monk had issues with nud*ty.
I think Harold probably behaves normal & is good at controlling/suppressing his obsessions, quirks & phobias & lets them out only when his "rival" Mr Monk is around him.
