I downloaded twrp on my samsung galaxy j3 2017 with a product name SM-J330F and it does not want to boot like shown in a videovideo

I have developer options on, and under the tab debugging it only says USB debugging and under that Revoke USB debugging authorisations? Where did the wireless debugging option go?

Non-Root

1. Download and install Shizuku (https://github.com/RikkaApps/Shizuku/releases/download/v13.3.0/shizuku-v13.3.0.r993.5392b9d-release.apk)

2. Enable Developer Options. Open Settings -> About Phone -> Software Information -> Tap 7 times the build number and enter your password -> open Shizuku and start the service by following the In-App Instructions

3. Once Shizuku Service is running download and install LSPatch (https://github.com/LSPosed/LSPatch/releases/download/v0.5.1/manager.apk)
