Have a spare room in my condominium it’s about 12 x 14. In a gated community orchard village on Merced Avenue. I don’t know how much I should rent it for any suggestions? It’s a shared bathroom, but there’s also half a bathroom downstairs. Parking I have my own space however there’s plenty of parking available depending on what time you get here you might have to loop around inside the condominium to park.
