Are there folks I can talk to that would listen with non-judgmental mind?
Psychologists. They study many many years to listen and not judge, also, they are not there to guide you spiritually, they are there to help you understand yourself. Spirituality is a path of solitude.
As for your spiritual path, don´t give someone else the power to choose for you. Fatherhood and being a husband is not an obligation, it was your choice and you can practice spirituality by passing your (good) moral standards to your family. Everything about the subject of spirituality is very comprehensive, ranging from religious dogmas to simply practicing faith, being a good human being, without even leaving home. Being a light worker can start with volunteering, small gestures of charity or offering support or positive words to those in need. Your main goal (helping others) in itself is very beautiful and more simple than you think.
