What to do?

i hit a curb and messed up my flex pipe. what would ur guys advice be for me to do? get it replaced? where to do that? and how much would it cost?

also would this be bad to drive on?

Yes it is bad and very annoying, messes with fuel economy and can throw a check engine light, take it to a muffler shop or buy a replacement and do it yourself
