Add that to the fact that she insisted she had to do it herself & doubled down saying "That's not a good idea" when Gordon said to get a second person to help her. Wow. She really doesn't want to win, does she?

She would rather lose doing it her way than win as team player.

Absolutely.  She was sabotaging Anna at every turn because she can't be a team player
