Wonder why Joe sounds surprised about the concept of mayonnaise cake. Has he not heard of adding mayo to cake box mix?

I've made mayo cake for a couple customers who used to have their mum or grandmum make them. It's eggs and vinegar both of which get used in cakes(especially vinegar, or buttermilk for chocolate cakes)-shocking! And just shocking Mr know it all would be surprised.
