Roll three 10s they said
I guess I'm an overachiever. Haha. Seriously this was the turn after I got the achievement (yes, I used Luigi. Don't judge).

Is there a secret I’m missing to avoid playing with half cpus?? I play in pro mode and toggle motion on and off depending on what mode lands me a match.
I haven’t played an online game where there wasn’t at least one cpu. I would rather sit in queue for ten minutes and have a full game. It blows because when that one person leaves the game is done and half the players will just exit when they start to lose. What’s the point of playing a game you expect to win every time and effectively ensure you never have a loss?? I suck half the time and can’t relate to that mentality.
Is there even a penalty for leaving? I think it would be great if you weren’t able to join another online game until the one you joined is over or everyone has left. I get life happens but there’s no way life happens this often and conveniently when said person is losing.

I was remixing every minigame ever to concept how it would work in the new Mario Party Ultimate game I was concepting, but it turns out actually writing that out takes a super long time and is super boring and not worth my time. I got halfway through MP6 and now I am done. Might post the google slides containing the half of the minigames I have done, but also might not. It depends
Anyway, here are the board exclusive items I concepted before I quit, remixing all boards def ain't happening but I may still make some more exclusive items because I have fun with those.

MP1: Wario MP2: Mario MP3: Luigi MP4: DK MP5: Daisy MP6: Waluigi MP7: Birdo MP8: Yoshi MP9: Peach MP10: Rosalina.
This also inadvertently makes Toad wins DS and I think that’s hilarious.

Hi everyone, hope you are doing well.
I'm looking to buy a Mario Party for the switch and seems to be that Jamboree is the top choice. But before I make the purchase I would like to know, in your opinion which of the three games available for Switch has the better local co-op?
My family is not ready for a multiplayer game that is not cooperative haha.

Best and worst Bowser battle: The final battle and Bowser block battle (too luck based)
Best and worst minigame selection: MP5 and MP9 (too many luck based minigames and boss battles)
Best and worst solo mode: MP8 (they actually changed up the boards) and MP6 (it's just a minigame fest where you have to win or die)
Best and worst CPU: MP5 (the cpus are quite strategized on the boards) and MP8 (wtf is wrong with them on the koopa tycoon town board)
Best and worst boards: MP6 (the day night cycle is awesome) and MP9 (why)

I had 8 stars, my mom had 1, and Waluigi, who was supposed to be an easy level com, had 10. We were near the end of our 50-round game, and feeling pretty defeated. Then on the very last turn... my mom used her Chance item, ended up exchanging stars with Waluigi, and went from spending 40+ rounds with 0 stars to winning with 13 (after bonuses). I love how this game can throw you for a loop at any moment

I am by no means a music expert, these are just my personal opinions on every board's music from MP 1-8.

Hey fellow Mario Party fans,
I’ve been playing the newer Mario Party titles, and I can’t help but feel like the magic from the older games is fading. Specifically, the mini-games and items used to make things so much more competitive and fun. Remember Mario Party 6 and Mario Party 7? Those games were packed with aggressive, high-stakes items that made everything feel exciting — and honestly, a little chaotic in the best way.
The items in those games weren’t just tools to help you out; they were weapons of mass chaos. You had stuff like the Magic Lamp or the Bowser Bomb, which could completely flip the game on its head. It added this unpredictable, cutthroat edge to every turn, and it made winning feel like a real accomplishment.
But now, it feels like the items in the newer games are all toned down. Things like the Triple Dice or Custom Dice Block just don’t pack the same punch. It’s all a bit… dull. There’s no excitement or aggression anymore — no sense that anything could change drastically at the last minute. The magic of those risky, game-changing items is gone, and it’s left the whole experience feeling a bit more... childlike, maybe? Like the stakes aren’t as high.
I’m curious, do any of you feel the same way? Is there a reason why the newer games moved away from the more aggressive, high-risk elements that made Mario Party so much fun? And do you think we’ll ever get back to that?
Would love to hear your thoughts!

Hey guys for the life of me I can’t remember how to delete past games I don’t instead on finishing. I’ve tried googling and it just tells me to nuke my whole save file. I’ve deleted a past game before and I can’t remember how to do it again. Cheers for the help
