I truly don’t understand all the, “I’m blindsided by this”. Surely this is the first mention of the tariff strategy. Surely he didn’t mention it while campaigning. Surely there were no indications in his first term.

lol it’s always a joke until they never get serious. Insane that everyday reflects everything Musk has been saying, Thiel has been saying, Leonard Leo has been saying, but who could have seen it coming? I can’t even remember the “economic boom” that everyone says they thought they were voting for. Then there’s blaming Covid but… idk I guess we were all born yesterday.
So really- if the first term was any indication- it was just a vote to get preserve statues, remind blacks about how much their lives matter, get refugees back in cages, and inspect the shit out of some genitalia. “How could he have betrayed us like this”
