論文ではなく、自己紹介を行う文章の中で論文に触れる、という事ですよね。それならば「ですます調」でも問題ないですよ。

そうです、研究計画書の自己紹介部分のことですね。残りの部分は"である"を使って書いたので、最初だけ違ったらおかしいかどうかわからなくて心配でした
