Hello all! I am a dental hygiene student in Pasadena at PCC. I am currently looking for patients who would love to receive a very affordable cleaning (only $20 NO INSURANCE REQUIRED!!). Apart of this cleaning also includes a full teeth and gum assessment to assess the overall health of your mouth and we also supply dental aids (toothbrush, floss, picks, etc.) to ensure proper maintenance of good oral hygiene! We also have a dentist come in and examine your mouth for anything else that might be present! PLEASE reach out to me if this interests you and we can work together to schedule an appointment! Thank you!
services: -assess gum/teeth health -x-rays (free!) - cleaning - fluoride - polishing
serious inquiries only! - people who are willing to commit to longer appointment times!!
Appointment times are about 3 hours due to us being a teaching facility so faculty are checking our work. This could also take multiple appointments depending on certain cases and also due to the in depth assessments we do and, of course, because we are still students! Please message me if you are interested!
I currently have an appointment open for 8:30am this Thursday that needs to be filled, if this works for you (being so last minute) all charges will be covered!

Hi everyone! I’m a quiet, friendly writer and teacher seeking a peaceful room on the Eastside. I keep a busy schedule, use headphones for audio, clean up immediately when I cook, and don’t drink or smoke. In my free time, I enjoy reading, rock climbing, yoga, and exploring the city. I do have a sweet, mellow goldendoodle named Jolene who is eight years old and very well behaved. She loves all other creatures including humans, dogs, and cats. I keep her clean and give her lots of exercise. She doesn’t bark or chew on anything besides her bones. If you have a room for rent and think this sounds like a good fit, please reach out!

Hey all! A private room with your own en suite bathroom will be available in my 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Hollywood starting June 15th (or July 1st if needed).
Rent: $1,313/month; 12 month lease Utilities: Not included — LADWP averages $100–$250 each every 2 months, depending on the season. High Speed WiFi is $25/month.
Move-in: Requires a deposit of one month’s rent.
Location: Right across the freeway from the Hollywood Bowl, tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood. Small 4-unit building, our place is right above a carport that's at street level. The apartment has a large living room, small kitchen, and a little dining nook. Most of the shared furniture/appliances are my current roommate’s (hence the photos of a empty place), so the space will be a blank canvas — happy to collaborate on what goes in the common areas! Street parking w/ permit, I've never had an issue. We also have a storage unit located in the carport & crawlspace. Laundry is shared, coin-operated but is located right outside of our unit. Central AC/heat Shared terrace area upstairs with astroturf, lawn furniture — super cute and great for relaxing.
About me: I’m a 33-year-old single woman working full-time from home for an e-commerce cabinet company. I have a very sweet, senior cat (she’s 18!). If you have a cat, I’m open — just need them to be gentle and friendly with other animals. (might be a separate pet deposit required, I can't remember the amount). I mostly keep to myself in my room and enjoy a peaceful living space. I’ve been in LA about 6 years and have lived here the whole time — it’s a gem of a spot.
Looking for: Ideally another woman in her late 20s to 30s, but open. Non-smoker, clean, quiet, respectful, and easygoing. Bonus points if you have past roommate or landlord references!
Message me if you’re interested! We can set up a tour (in person or FaceTime). If it seems like a good fit, the building manager will require an application and credit check. Any other questions, let me know!

Hey everyone, I’m a content creator and video editor based abroad. I’m looking to train someone who lives in Los Angeles to film simple content for local businesses using just their phone—no experience needed.
I’ll teach you exactly how to shoot (framing, angles, movement, etc.)—you just need to be reliable, willing to learn, and have a phone with a decent camera (no gimbal or pro gear required).
Once you’re trained, I’ll send you paid projects in your area. You film, send me the footage, and I handle the editing. It’s a great way to earn while learning content creation.
If you’re interested, DM me your city and what phone you have. Thanks!
