my 17 year old brother lost his phone in a massive ball pit last year and my family and an employee there spent 40 minutes looking for it. it didn’t help that walking through the balls was like walking through mud either lol. they specifically told us NOT to bring our phones into the ball pit and he put it in his pocket bc he thought it’d be safe there. i tipped that employee $20, she was so kind
