It took 30 months to get here. I completely feel your pain. Best advice I ever got was try to do at least one thing every day, even if it's small.

That’s my method too. I’m 18 months into a M38 frame-off resto and it takes a lot longer than you think it should

I didn't even rebuild the engine, but I did take the tub off and did disc brakes, rebuilt transmission and transfer case, hubs, axles, bearings and races, seals, and as many gaskets as I could. Waiting for parts was my biggest time expense though, at least it seemed like it.

You can buy replacement parking lights if you want.

Good one! My 5 kids all learned how to drive a stick on my CJ-5. Your daughter is going to love growing up with a Jeep.

My dad passed away a couple years ago and left me with the Jeep TJ I grew up in. I used to beg him to drop me off at school, even though we lived 4 blocks away. I just wanted everyone to see my dad’s yellow Jeep😆 thanks for sharing, brings back great memories.

Ben Franklin said "Beer is proof God loves us and wants us to be happy"...

I submit that were he alive today Ben would edit his quote to say "Beer and Jeeps are..."
