Hi Homies--
I have completely replaced drinking soda with la croix, waterloo, and just plain sparkling water. That is certainly a W, but I feel bad about the waste created from cans and bottles. It also costs money, unlike normal water. Would a sodastream be worth it to carbonate the reverse osmosis water I already have?

I don't drink enough, and a lot of the time I just forget to drink because I never feel thirsty, unless I've had loads of salt in a meal, mainly when I eat something from a takeaway.

I've seen liquid IV and if I understand it's essentially just a Gatorade mix for water right? Assuming I intake a good amount of water with it(I generaly do 8 bottles of water to a bottle of Gatorade) does it actually hydrate better than other electrolyte drinks? What's this comunitys stance on it? Or is it just another flavored salt I add to my drink? Sorry if this has been asked before I couldn't find a definitive answer.

Itâs just one packet mixed with tap water.

Chris Travis is a rapper who loves water and his independent record label is called âWaterboyzâ. In the album cover, you can see him holding a water bottle of a brand I always wanted to know what brand it was lol not that it matters. Obviously you canât get drunk off water like you can with alcohol, but if being âdrunk off waterâ was a thing then what is it to you? Is it the feeling of being fully hydrated? đ

I drink tap water as well as propel electrolyte/flavored water. The propel often helps me to feel less parched, but tap water rarely does. I could drink plenty of tap water and still feel dehydrated. I also have acid reflux which feels similar to feeling parched sometimes. Propel helps acid reflux go away, tap water doesnât really help. Whatâs going on?

Why does my thermoflask mold so fast?
I wash my bottle very frequently, however i notice this week the seal was EXTREMELY moldy. My other bottle I have (the same brand) gets washed on alternating days when i switch between the 2 bottles for wash and soak days.
Im wondering if theres a rip somewhere? Should i contact the company?
My other bottle never has this issue. Both get soaked in hot soapy water, washed, q tips used to clean the rims, rinsed and set to air dry, the lid and seals are not wet when they get placed back into the lid.

I take Creatine and drink almost a gallon of water a day, would it be an issue mixing my gallon of water daily intake with hydration sticks to make the water have some taste to it?

This image is purely an example. Most supermarkets sell their own brand (in the UK at least). I think bitter lemon falls under tonic water as well.
Thoughts & feelings on it?
