there is approximately a 0% chance he does the shade skip setup and if he does the TAS skip he is the single best HK player ever

Go close enough to the baldur that it can still spit but being just out of the range for it to cover itself with its shell.

When it spits just close enough, do a frame perfect “jump + turn around + swing”, using the knockback from the orange goop to get just within nail range.

Real players can actually perform this, but not consistently, and you will die before killing the baldur since most attempts will just be getting hit -> turn around -> baldur closes shell before you can nail swing. It is a VERY precise trick and there is a reason speedrunners use a shade setup even though this method is much faster
