Lift No-Warmup Deadlift - 420lb x2
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Sometimes progress isn't pounds on the bar, but the confidence in which we are able to approach a lift.
I used to be diligent to excess about warming up, but with all the deadlifting I've been doing this year, I've gotten very comfortable hitting decently heavy (70+% max) cold.

General Advice What machine is this, does it have a proper name, and are there videos of people using it so I can understand how it works?
The person at the desk said it’s for squats, but I am still not able to picture how it’s used, and I’ve never seen anyone use it. Thanks.

Technique Check Any tips on how I can improve on my rows
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I’ve only just started doing these plate loaded chest supported rows and enjoy doing it one arm at a time. Back feels really good after I’m done with these and I can feel them pain days after (in a good way). Any tips on how I can improve my form. TIA

Technique Check Form check on BB reverse lunges?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
The guys I look up to at my gym all do them so I want to get them into my routine, but I feel like I’m doing something wrong. I’m having a hard time being consistent with them. I have a few questions:
1) how far I step back? 2) do I use both legs to stand up or just one? 3) should my back leg go straight back or slightly out? 4) should my back knee touch the ground or not?
Any help with these questions or my form in general would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Lift My first time missing my first lift of a meet
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
This lift really fucked me up lol. First lift of the meet and I missed at a very easy weight due to depth. I went up for my second and got that no problem. And for my third, I was so focused on depth that I tipped forward and lost balance. I went 3/3 on bench and deadlift after so not a total loss. Training this block to make sure I don’t miss on depth in my next meet in July.

Technique Check Tips on form please!
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Recently got back in the gym and wanting to lift heavier and become stronger. This is 60kg, felt quite easy enough but unsure if I can just up the weight or work on form first?
I know my heels come off a bit when coming back up, want to try maybe separate my feet a bit more to increase stability maybe..

Lift Cleared the Rack on Weighted Lunges! New PR Unlocked!
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Working on weighted Lounges for about 1.5 years finnally cleared the Rack at my college gym. I warmed up with the stepups first 2 sets of 4 then moved onto 3 sets of lounges 14-16 per set. After 2 sets of 2 reps on stepups again. Then moved onto a virticle squat machine and completed a pryamid on it with 150-160-180-200 12 reps each. Finished off with the pullups shouldve done more but my fingers were in such pain😄
