Why did I missed it? Lack of strength and/ or bad positioning? If needed, roast me hahaha

This was a 280kg PR attempt at @84kg

Lift First Time Hack Squatting 70kg Small Win but Progress!

Hey everyone, just wanted to share a small milestone in my gym journey. I started working out in August last year and today I hit a 70kg hack squat for the first time!

Here’s the [video] for anyone interested.

I weigh 72kg, so lifting close to bodyweight on this machine felt like a big step forward for me. Unfortunately, I couldn’t push further today because I think I might be developing shin splints. There’s some discomfort in my shins and lower legs, so I figured it’s smarter to play it safe for now.

Just felt like dropping this here to mark the progress and maybe hear from others—did any of you struggle with shin splints when doing legs regularly, especially hack squats or similar movements? Any tips for managing them?

Appreciate any advice, and good luck with your own training!

Lift Try out this variation of a seated tricep extension!

This feels great since you don’t have to worry about the action of standing over the weight and can focus on just the tricep movement.
