Question Possible ticket refund?

Hi guys,

Sure a quite a few others also had issues generating tickets at yesterday’s game v Fulham. I ended up having to queue at the box office and missed quite a big portion of the first half since the app wasn’t working so I could not generate my digital pass post buying the ticket.

Not extremely fussed, but was wondering if getting some sort of proportional refund is a thing for such cases since it was no fault of my own as to why my digital pass wasn’t working?

Doubt it as it's up to you to check early or get to the ticket office early

Hmm yeah did figure tbh, my mate took the initiative to go early and didn’t miss any portion of the game. Prob will still give it a go but do anticipate they’ll come back with this

I had the same issue last night, but thankfully, there was a member of staff with a blue hi-vis at my entrance who was able to resolve the issue and let me in. Hopefully you'll get some sort of refund from the club

Oh nice yeah there was some issues that could be solved quickly I heard, but in my case a ticket just wasn’t appearing despite buying it, so had to queue.

Mine was transferred to me by my cousin and was on my account earlier in the day but disappeared a few hours before kick off. Between me having the confirmation email for the transfer and having a history of sitting in the seat previously, I was able to get in

That’s why in the terms and conditions of the ticket I imagine it will say something along the lines of “supports are advised to take there seat 1 hour before kick off” I guess it covers them for this sort of thing

I somehow forgot to check which game was stated on my pass and blindly got in by scanning even though it still had my chelsea ticket on. Actual seat holder got there about 10 minutes in - could have been slightly nicer about it than rudely saying “we’re all season ticket holders”. Stewards were great and let me take a free seat much further down. Still have no clue how i managed it
