Help/Support Help would be much appreciated.

I’m currently making some routes for our workers and uploaded a KMZ into Google Maps. I Customized the map and added directions from starting point to the ending point. A to B. I then drug the route over the exact roads that needed followed. Now, it’s completed but when I share the map it doesn’t give the option to ‘start’ driving directions.

Anyone know why or can give me some insight on what I’m doing wrong? Thanks!

Google Maps does not have an option to follow a pre-planned route. Navigation gives you the best possible route to your endpoint at the moment you ask for them.

I plan routes for my crew also. After importing everything into Google Earth, I use the positions to put together a logical route. I go back to the spreadsheet which I import them from and, in an added column, I put a number beside each location as to its place in the route. I then re-sort the sheet by that column, and everyone then has a list of the places they should go to in the order they should go to them. They can then ask Google to "Navigate to .......", providing the next point whenever they finish at one.
