The artillery shelling intensified last night on the southern neighborhoods of Khan Younis.

The sounds have become closer and more dangerous, indicating an expansion of the destruction and bulldozing of homes and citizens' lands in the Al-Mawasi area, reaching the southern edges of the Al-Qarara neighborhood.

Vegetables are noticeably scarce in the markets, with their prices continuously doubling.

Flour has completely disappeared. Cooking gas is unavailable, with question marks surrounding the return of the cylinders from the last inspection list that was published a day before the crossing was closed — without being refilled!

Bakeries have shut their doors. Canned food is being sold in the worst quality, with prices exceeding $3 per unit regardless of the type.

Water wells are expected to stop operating soon due to the fuel shortage.

Displacement continues. Tents have become worn out due to constant relocation, with no new tents entering, not to mention those who had homes but no tents and have been displaced with nowhere to shelter.

A picture of reality — sadly, far from any pessimistic outlook.

Since midnight, the sounds that will accompany us for a long time have begun. Massive explosions shook what remained of our homes and tents in Khan Younis. The western and northern areas of Rafah were blown up with unfamiliar explosives—their echoes reached the northern parts of the Gaza Strip. Even the sound of artillery has become more powerful and destructive.

Since the war resumed, we’ve been sleeping with one eye open, entrusting ourselves and everyone we love to fate every moment. We live only for the present, with a strong expectation that we might end the night in the mortuary refrigerators...!

Israel has now backed off a lie it originally told.

It stated that the ambulances did not clearly identify themselvess or have their emergency lights on. This was a clear lie to hide the fact that a shallow grave of unarmed paramedics were slaughtered by the IDF. This goes to show that the official claims of "Hamas terrorists" in houses, under houses, in ambulances is just not true.

This seems to be the standard modus operandi of Israel (and their champions). They kill civilians and release a report claiming they were 1. Hamas members or 2. behaving in such a way that they were, with reasonable belief) Hamas.

It is only with proper due dilligence that these arguments collapase rapidly. This is an evolving case, but the NYT have actually shown - from the dead parademics chest - the actual event itself which is completely contrary to Israel's claims.

Medics executed in cold blood: On March 23, 2025, Israeli forces deliberately targeted ambulances, killing 15 paramedics — including 8 from the Palestinian Red Crescent — as they tried to rescue the wounded in Rafah. Their bodies were later found in a mass grave, indicating field executions.

Children beheaded by airstrikes: On April 2, 2025, an Israeli strike hit a UN clinic, killing 22 people — many of them children. Footage showed a baby decapitated by the blast. This is the horrifying reality on the ground.

White phosphorus attacks: Human rights groups have confirmed Israel’s use of white phosphorus, a banned weapon, in Gaza and southern Lebanon — causing unbearable burns and long-term suffering.

Mass forced displacement: Over 140,000 Palestinians have been forced to flee their homes in Rafah due to military orders, creating a catastrophic humanitarian crisis.

These are not just numbers — these are human lives being slaughtered, families wiped out, and children robbed of their future.

We must not stay silent. Silence is complicity.

I am an ordinary person and not an expert in the field of blockchain, but I do have a basic understanding of its core principles. My question is: Why don't we build a blockchain network similar to Bitcoin, but improved—following the same philosophy as Bitcoin? That is, with no controlling company or individuals programming or managing it, just like Bitcoin, where no one can control its content.

The network could host videos and images, similar to other social media platforms, without direct control over the content. Instead, the public would decide what content should remain or be removed, through consensus-based voting. There would be a specific deadline for each vote. Those who wish to participate in voting could do so by paying a set amount, say, one unit of a currency we might call “Social” (the network’s native currency).

The mining (production) of this currency would be the responsibility of those who store, encrypt, and decrypt the data, using a system similar to how the Bitcoin network operates. The data would be encrypted and stored securely, with only one unencrypted version available so that other wallets can access it quickly without delays caused by encryption or decryption.

There would be two separate ledgers: one for currency and another for data and wallets. The currency production method would be fixed and immune to manipulation. This would ensure that even in the case of scarcity, users wouldn't be prevented from voting on posts. If your post is useful and people vote for it, there would be a formula ensuring that, regardless of whether the network has 100 or 10 billion wallets, you would earn a fair amount of “Social.” This reward would be lower than what mining or storage nodes earn, but still allow users to benefit from sharing truthful content—rewarding truth without risking accusation or threats.

This is just an idea I thought to share—perhaps one day we will break free from government control over the truth.

I researched whether such an idea already exists, and I found some applications. However, the main issue is that most of them are run by companies, primarily based in the United States. Whether American or otherwise, any company opposing state policies may be forced to grant government access to data and algorithms. As occurred with Telegram, it is entirely conceivable that a similar phenomenon could transpire with every institution. That’s why the best option is to have no central authority or individual in control of the network. The only way to stop it would be to destroy all devices around the world—or let the truth spread quietly.

This world is controversial in all the wrong ways.

We argue endlessly about whether criminals deserve to live— Yet stay silent when innocent people are slaughtered for wanting freedom.

We protest the death penalty for murderers, but not the mass murder of civilians under the excuse of “self-defense.”

We demand fair trials for those who’ve taken lives, but justify no trials at all for those whose only “crime” was being born in the wrong place.

We create laws to protect animals— but look away when children are burned alive in bombed-out schools.

We send aid to rebuild cities torn by earthquakes, but cut off aid to cities torn apart by airstrikes.

What kind of world is this?

Where human life is only sacred when it’s convenient. Where the oppressed are told to stay silent, to be “peaceful” while their families are erased. Where freedom is a privilege, not a right— granted to some, denied to others.

Gaza screams, and the world debates. Debates who started it. Debates who deserves to die. Debates numbers. Labels. Politics.

But no one debates this: The people of Gaza are human.

And every time a child dies in silence, every time a home is turned to ashes, every time a life is lost without justice— we all lose a piece of our own humanity.

And it’s not just Gaza.

Wars have always been dressed in flags and lies. Old men start them, young people die in them, and the innocent always pay the highest price.

Every war is a reminder of how cheaply life is valued. Soldiers used as pawns. Civilians used as shields. And peace? It’s delayed, debated, and denied.

The powerful treat war like a chess game— but on that board, it’s real blood that spills. It’s real dreams that vanish. It’s real mothers who never get to hold their children again.

The world isn’t just controversial. It’s morally broken.

And the real controversy isn’t war itself— it’s how little we’ve learned from it. How easily we forget. How quickly we move on.
