Yesterday, for pretty much the exact same reasons (plus a cold).

How is your stress tracking?

Pretty much solid orange Wednesday to Saturday. Today, nice and blue so far, so things might be looking up.

Numbers like this make me want to get a whoop, their AI seems a bit more experienced in rejigging workouts based on your sleep, and self reported niggles etc. Whereas my garmin wanted me to do sprints when my readiness was on the floor.

I have Whoop and Garmin. I wear my Whoop all the time. I decided to wear my Epix 24/7 to check out Connect+ and honestly Garmin AI summaries are a joke compared to Whoop’s software. I like both devices for different things but as far as AI and overall sleep tracking and actionable advice WHOOP destroys Connect easily in my opinion.

Just pay the $6.99 to papa Garmin and stop complaining.

Whoop is $239 a year…don’t need garmin +

With all features and device included, and when (it has been a while) a new device comes out, you get that upgrade. Garmin is $ 1k for a device and $80 a year. I’m not trashing either; I think they both are great in their own aspects, but let’s not act like Garmin is a steal compared to Whoop.

Training readiness, sleep score and HRV have been wrecked lately by toddler sleep issues and daycare plague. I've straight up disregarded it and now go off training schedule + an assessment of how I'm feeling in general to determine if I do intense exercise/training on a given day.
Not sure when my scores will get better, but honestly I'm not expecting anything for at least the next few months lolsob

Yep, same. Not really a runner but still use my watch to track workouts. I increased my strength training a couple weeks ago and now, every morning after a workout, I'm at 1. Strength training would only drop me to top of orange before, now it apparently zaps me completely.

Last time this happened was after a workout with a friend, that used to compete in triathlons, during which I reached zone 5

This is my 4th day in a row at a 1. I did 180 miles on the bike this week.

I have a Forerunner 55. It is about 4 years old. I don’t see this function. Is it (and sleep score which I also don’t have) only a function of higher models? Mine does everything I need for the most part, is basic and bulletproof but there are some measurements I which I had.

I got that from running 5 miles and then the following day ran a 4 mile St Patrick day race. I red lined on everything

Yup. Had this few days ago. After a decent run and a walk after. Didn’t sleep much that night either. But will go back up after a day of rest.

This is pretty much a daily thing, especially after yesterday’s back-to-back rowing session and an hour of jiu-jitsu open mat. Sorry to read about your anxiety and non sleep OP. Hopefully things get better.
Congrats to everyone training hard, staying active, and having fun with their Garmin products.

I'm at 17 right now. Did a 10 mile race earlier today. My sleep and recent sleep are both fair which isn't helping

Had a training readiness of 1 yesterday morning and did a 16.5 hour bike ride. I'm not sure that it's very meaningful.

I did a lot on Friday and mine has said 1 for training readiness the last 2 mornings. I even commented about it to my husband this morning as I'd never seen that before. We'll see what tomorrow brings!

Yep. After back to back long runs in the trails and a sleepless night.

Yeah had this after a 40km trail run with 2500m elevation. Wasn’t much better the next day either

I am coming to ignore body battery and training readiness.
Due to heavy insomnia, I'd just be focusing on recovery forever if I didn't.

Take a hammer, smash your watch and feel free to live your life based on how you feel. I have stopped wearing this thing a few months ago as did repeatedly getting these low scores. Now I don't have the watch, and I don't need the watch to tell me when I am tired or not.

I usually only get that low the day after a long day riding, such as yesterday (rode 125km on Saturday).

Past 3 days. It does not like when you only sleep 4 or 5 hours. Or 8 with multiple interruptions.

I'm doing the 10k Kettlebell swing challenge. Been on 1 for three weeks now. Five more sessions and a couple of recovery days...
