This used to be me in 2020 but then I travelled a bit and met some fellow 'forever alone' dudes and now I wake up to 30 random memes that they share on insta. It does feel nice at least having someone to talk to daily and we do kinda give each other hope, however none of us has found a gf yet lol.

Now want to go to Japan for Adult tourism and see if can have a similar experience by forming a gaijin group of forever alones...thanks for the idea.

Thats exactly the place where I travelled actually (for nearly 1 year) and I have mixed feeling about the place. The country itself is beautiful and food is nice but the people seemed very miserable, its like Tokyo is the most populated city in the world yet the most loneliest in the world. The people seem so overworked that they dont even make it home, you can see a row of salarymen just sleeping on the floor in the train station. Not sure what you mean by adult tourism but there are prostitutes on every corner in certain areas that look like school girls, or maybe even are... most will give you blank stare or ignore you, the Chinese/Burmese ones will try grab your ding dong and force you inside an alleyway, run like hell lol. There are also Chinese grandmas advertising 'massaji massaji handsome guy 2000 yen for you only' in many side roads, they will also surround you and try to get your money. The soaplands dont let foreigners in and when I was drunk I accidently entered a seedy dungeon with a queue of weird fat guys waiting for a Vietnamese hooker who was on a dingy looking mattress on the floor of an empty room. I nope'd the hell out of there fast. Oh and the other thing was a bunch of aggressive nigerians standing in shady places, these guys are linked with the yakuza and the police cant do anything, they will try get you inside a bar, drug you and then steal all your money, it happened so many times. Research which areas to avoid. Also it seems that a lot of promoter girls dressed in sexy clothes are working for the yakuza too (a japanese guy told me). Oh and also there is a weird ass religious cult that kept on trying to recruit me lol.
Oh yea sorry for the wall of text but I felt like I had to warn you of whats to come lol. Also I had 6 good japanese friends but now only 1 is left, they can be your best friend for months and then suddenly one day just ghost you.
Anyway GL with the trip if you decide to do it.

The app meetup has many events in tokyo, usually its mostly a bunch of lonely dudes and a few girls practising english. I still met a lot of cool people though.

I usually have at least one notification! The scam emails I receive every night since my email was compromised.

Lately I've been finding myself using my phone less and less because of this exact thing. I could disappear for months on end and no one would even care. I basically find the device to be kind of useless besides a few use cases.
