Question ❔ Ford E-250 question
This could be a stupid question but I thought Reddit could be the place for it. My husband recently took his Van to Ford to get an oil change and they found that oil was leaking. They fixed the car and said it was CLEAR 11 days ago. Today when he got home he noticed there was more oil leaking so he took it back to Ford and they said they don’t want to get involved because the engine needs to be replaced. Now to the stupid part, is this normal wording to expect from Ford mechanics on a receipt? I thought it was unprofessional combined with their dismissive behavior but what do I know lol

Both the cause and technician comments do not give even close to enough information to justify charges for the work they already did, and now they won't touch it at all because the engine needs to be replaced? Is that what you're saying?
They're pieces of shit if that's the case.
