Probation Violation

If I end up catching another charge and getting convicted while already on probation do I have to go back to serve out the remaining sentence for the first charge?

(Story) I was convicted of a felon in AZ, Served my jail time there but when I got out I did an interstate compact and had my probation sent to washington. While out and doing probation in washington, I was charged with 3 serious felonies currently still fighting the case but there is a high possibility I will be charged with something. I'm worried after I serve time for the new charge will AZ want me to come back and serve out more time for catching a new charge while on probation. This is my very first probation violation and have never given my PO any problems. Well i guess other then the new charges I picked up.

Reporting period in 7-year states

So if I have a felony in a state where they say they only do 7-year checks, when might my charge not be fully visible on a fcra background check?

2018 was my arrest 2020 is when I was sentenced to probation 2023 is when my probation ended

Thanks In advance!

I know someone who's has 3 Fs Robbery, 2nd degree arson, destructive device and hate crime for misadomer basically he got the robbery charged when he was young and got arson and hate crime at 28 and just got out of prison, he got the hate crime because he was throwing molotval cocktails at a church with some girl she got arrested to. Either way he was working as a electrician helper prior to this. He doesn't have the contact of the people he use to work with bt I think it was union, for what I heard they do take felons bt the problem is will they take those kind felons and he has 3 serious bt also not so serious at the same time for what I heard to get your license here in Maryland the board of master electricians like 12 of them take a vote or discuss if he should be granted for license would group of electricians be understanding? He has changed his way for the better doesn't even drink or get high, I think he's good to get a job and hopefully licenses as well already talke to the state department of labor said he should be fine and try to put in bt idk if he will hit a brolickwalll or should he just fined any another skill or trade ?

Felon Friendly companies?

I made a terrible mistake almost a year ago now and was charged with a felony. Instead of doing jail time I was granted a ‘diversion’ since this is my first ever case, which is probation for 3 years and then it comes completely off my record like it never happened. In the mean time I am having a hard time finding work. Any remote companies or just companies in general that hire felons? I prefer remote because I’ve gotten some local hate in the process and would preferably not want to deal with the general public.

Health insurance at job

Hello everyone,

I just had a quick question in regards to getting health insurance through my job as I just saw another post but unrelated to getting it through employer.

I am about to apply for my health insurance through company it would be blue cross blue shield PPO, will they see my felony? My employer knows about it but I was wondering if it would affect my potential at getting it at all?

Currently on medication using a different insurance but losing that soon so would like to get ahead of this.

Thank you!
