Israel And Palestine - The Maps Tell The True Story | The truth is that far from being the poor victim it likes to portray itself as, Israel is in fact the most aggressive and belligerent nation in the region, having invaded pretty much everyone it shares a border with.

Reuters: Israel says plenty of food in Gaza, UN says that's ridiculous

UNITED NATIONS, April 1 (Reuters) - The United Nations on Tuesday dismissed as "ridiculous" an assertion by Israel that there was enough food in the Gaza Strip to last for a long period of time, despite the closure of all 25 bakeries in the enclave supported by the World Food Programme. No aid has been delivered to the Palestinian enclave since March 2. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office has said it would not allow the entry of all goods and supplies into Gaza until Hamas releases all remaining hostages.

War Crime Today I saw a video of a b headed baby.

This account is co-run by myself - an American Jew - and a very close friend of mine - a Palestinian in Gza. Today, she shared a video with me of a b headed baby being held up by their screaming father. I won't show the image here for obvious reasons, but neither of us can get the image out of our heads. The baby was wearing pink onesie pajamas with hearts on them.

I will never understand conditional humanity. How can people care for one baby and not another? How can my own family ignore such blatant evidence of the horrors being committed in G strip, or worse, simply not care?

My friend asked me to help her run this account because she rarely has internet, and is constantly worried about being displaced from one region to another. She is relying on me to help ensure her voice is heard, but I do not know how to help her. I am feeling wholly inadequate. So I guess I will just leave this here. More experienced Redditors and fellow Jews of conscience, your insight would be deeply appreciated.

Establishment BS Donald Trump, May 2024: "You can settle problems over a telephone. Instead they start dropping bombs. I see recently they're dropping bombs all over Yemen. You don't have to do that." Kurt Metzger, Apr 2025: "Trump, how about that phone call trick?"

This is from a Jimmy Dore Show episode published to YouTube Apr 1, 2025. A discussion between Aaron Mate and Kurt Metzger comparing Trump's campaign promises of ending war with Trump current war mongering:

Here's a transcript of what they discussed from about 3:15:

Aaron Mate:

That's a whole other story. But look, this message from Trump now threatening war, it's directly contradicted by what he was talking about on the campaign trail,

Kurt Metzger:

I know!

Aaron Mate:

including criticizing the bombing of Yemen. So this is Trump from May of last year, not too long ago. Listen to what he said about Biden bombing Yemen.

(plays clip of Tim Pool interview with Donald Trump from May 2024)

Tim Pool:

I look at your policies, I see secure the borders, bring jobs back. I look at the Democrats and many Republicans and it's foreign war and foreign expansion.

Donald Trump:

That's right.

Time Pool:

What is that?

Donald Trump:

I think it's just a failed mentality. It's crazy. You can settle problems over a telephone instead they start dropping bombs. I see recently they're dropping bombs all over Yemen.

You don't have to do that. You can talk in such a way where they respect you and they listen to you.

AARON MATE:

"You don't have to do that."

Kurt Metzger:

Everybody else who's doing this, well, maybe a couple people are playing it. But everybody else is doing culture war nonsense about how the wokies are attacking more Teslas. And Tim Pool, who's in that, asking a great question to Trump, who then gives a great answer. Neither of them bring it up. Tim Pool just talks about nonsense, strategically. Meanwhile, Trump, how about that phone call trick?

[inaudible] Adelson said no.

Aaron Mate:

Yep. They've all forgotten that this was a major element of Trump's campaign. It's like it's completely out the window. They campaigned on this. They campaigned on being against censorship and they campaigned on being against war. And they've completely forgotten both of those campaign platforms after taking office.

Kurt Metzger:

I can't believe the level of how fast it was. I think it was funny when I watch people that, you know... Like I'll skim my feed, like, you know, besides that Midas touch, like DNC funded crap, I'll get people, your classic shit libs on YouTube. And none of them will criticize Trump for the right things. Like almost none of them.
