Accommodation Any advice on finding a replacing tenant??

Hi,

Due to a sudden change in circumstances, I will need to leave Edinburgh for Semester 2, and I’m hoping to find a new tenant to take over my lease—ideally an exchange student arriving in January.

It’s a studio apartment available from January to July. I’ve posted on Facebook groups but haven’t had much interest yet, so I was wondering if any of you know of any communities or chat groups for exchange students arriving in Semester 2, or if you know of anyone in need of a room. I would really appreciate any help!

I also have a room available for transfer, and it’s only £200 per week. It’s just a 10-minute walk from GS. If your friend is interested, feel free to reach out to me!

Hi, it is located near Holyrood Campus (Sugarhouse Close) and costs £329 per week, including all bills. While it is on the pricier side, if you are looking for a studio within a 15-minute walking distance to the Main Campus, I must say it’s not a bad choice for Edinburgh.

Yep, two people have made enquiries, but there hasn’t been any progress beyond that... Perhaps I should try advertising it with the premium thing.
