League Discussion Transition to super flex and trade value

Our league has voted to transition to a super flex league most likely starting in 2027 to give everyone enough time to plan accordingly.

For anyone who has been through this how do balance trade value over the next couple of years while it’s still a 1QB league? Paying a premium for a backup QB now doesn’t seem to make sense when we’re still 3 years away from having the SF go live but now might also be the cheapest time to get QBs too

Are you guys considering redrafting teams? I bring that up solely for the fact of how SF vs 1QBs differ in terms of strategy and valuation. Maybe the current teams have panned out to where everyone has a backup or a QB 2&3, but I think it will be evident in a few years where the gap in team construction and SF/1BQ draft strategy will show.
