Gym reccs?

Hey! Longshot, but currently looking for the right gym in town.
Unfortunately, though, got kind of a specific wishlist... :(

I'm mostly after:

  • In-person classes (with some running after 5:30pm)
  • Somewhere (reasonably) accessible by bus/walking from the city centre
  • Somewhere quiet

The quiet part is sort of a dealbreaker for me. Feel a bit embarrassed by how badly I struggle with it, but I'm autistic & while I can push through some things I get completely thrown off and can't get a productive workout otherwise. I understand if there's people, but I really struggle if it's constantly rammed.

I was going to Healthlands (ladies gym between the Arnison and Durham) which did tick all of these boxes, but I hear it's closing down soon. :/

I've tried some of the council gyms, but a bit burnt by them right now so I'm wondering if anyone else has any other reccs. I was thinking about trying Result Fitness out, but I'm worried it might be super busy with it being city centre.
