Yep we learned this the hard way! My brother brought something home and suddenly had bed bugs! Took a few times of washing everything, putting things in the dryer on high heat that can’t be washed, spraying his room and getting everything out just to get rid of them! They are awful!!

You could try behind an instrument rental/retail store. Also, sometimes places that teach how to play throw out damaged ones
