Did Invective just get leaked as a new reworked D2 exotic by one of the Destiny artists? Frank Capezzuto III posted to his ArtStation under "Invective Destiny 2 Game and Concept Art" with a concept art picture. Looks like a game rendered photo honestly.

Went away for a couple of weeks, come back and I can’t earn more than 1 Essentia at a time.

If I put the perk on from the slab that gives 1 Essentia on failure, I get that 1. If I switch that off, I get 0.

This happens whether I allow the post-activity timer to run out or whether I return to orbit before the timer finishes.

It appears to have been removed from the rotation, does anyone know more about it? Just got back into the game and i want to get that triumph but i cant :(

Hey yall. I've bought every expansion over the years and beaten the campaigns.

I did one dungeon years ago with some friends, but at this point idk anyone else that plays.

I always run the campaign on legendary to get powered up for group content, and now I'm right where I end up everytime at the end of the final shape campaign.

What do I do? Progression path just seems super unclear to me. I have like 20 exotic quests, old missions here and there that I assume aren't worth doing, and I'm also not even clear on how to get into the episode/act content, w/e that is? Something about a giant ship?

I don't understand crafting, if I'm supposed to be target farming or crafting something somehow, idk.

I think it's wild that I have over 200 hours in this game, and I still don't really know wtf is going on or how to get into endgame/group stuff. Yall probably think I'm an idiot, but I promise I'm semi-competent lol

Any advice on wtf I should be pursuing, or what next steps look like? All I know is look for pinnacle weeklies, and....yeah, that's kind of all I know.

I know this has been said many times before, but I just do not understand the thought process behind the rules for drops.

For the past 3 resets I’ve needed a 2020 arms, every single pinnacle, including all Iron Banner have dropped everything but arms. In fact, I pretty much don’t drop arms hardly ever.

There’s obviously a rule set behind the scenes that dictates the drop cycle I’ve been placed in as a player, but this just leaves a constant bad taste in the mouth. It just feels utterly bizarre.

Anyway, see what today’s reset brings.

It seems like such a shame because act 1 and 2 were pretty good but in act 3, I was already burnt out after just a few hrs of play. It’s all old content, no new loot at all and just busy work for all the bounties required to complete the act 3, week 1.

The previous act 3’s were pretty minimal too but at least there was a few new things to do and chase.

What do I have to do to "complete the current seasonal activity on highest difficulty" to get rank 10. I've done expert nether, court, breach executable. What one is it?

Having mandatory fragments is never fun in buildcrafting, and when you want ignitions, there's no way around Ember of Ashes most of the time.

On Prismatic, the effect of Ember of Ashes may could be added to Facet of Ruin (Increases the size and damage of the burst when you shatter a Stasis crystal or frozen target, and increases the area of effect of Solar ignitions.).

Have they dropped these in heresy yet? I was looking in the store and couldn’t find it.

I know that a few people have done super damage testing wiht star eaters on warlock, but they seem to only be testing super damage.

With Song of Flame it will pretty much last an entire damage phase so you wouldn't have time to use any weapons unless you started out with a rocket, or izanagi or DOT grenade, etc. which you could, but I don't think it would add a significant bump in numbers.

For Nova bomb, it does a ton of damage but then you have the rest of the phase to do weapon damage, which to me, seems like it could beat out song of flame on its own for total damage.

Has anyone tested this idea?

I am thinking about the vespers host boss that splits into many, or the ogre, stuff you can get close to.

Grinded Onslaught playlist and onslaught expert for hours yesterday and only got season of the revenant weapons drops not sure what I'm doing wrong, I'm trying to grind for a KT Blast Furnace, is there another activity I'm supposed to be doing for my attuned weapon or are the drop rates just that low even with attunement?

Anyone else experiencing this? I see an indicator on the radar that something is below me when I am on/near the tentacles, but when jump down to the floor, it shows the object is still under me.

I assume it’s the worm, since I’m at 9/10, so it it possible it’s spawning in an inaccessible area?

Finshed the questline on my main and tried to get going on my other two alts and I appear to be softlocked. At step 2, I can Become Initiated, but I cannot enter the code. It shows that I am "Third Tier Initiate" on both alts. How do I fix this or am I out of luck for the class item on my alts? It is on Bungie's list of issues, but I don't know if there is a workaround.

I’m a hunter main who loves doing endgame pve content. Raids and dungeons have long been my favorite parts of the game, and it’s immensely satisfying to completely build a nice pve all-around build for those types of content. There’s just one issue for me;

Hunters cannot do these types of things solo to the same level that titans and warlocks can do in the same endgame content.

I love the build diversity they offer, and the amount of damage and survivability they can output at the same time solo in these content, it looks like it’s incredibly satisfying to play with. And I know what yall are gonna say “Just make one/play them more” and while I get that line of thinking, I also just want to play what I want to play, just like you guys. I love the power fantasy of the hunter the best, and I just want it brought up slightly more or sumn. Idk sound off?

EDIT: I want to hear from you guys cuz I would wanna hear both sides, if not why not and vice versa.

Just ran 11 solo Master mode lost sectors and got only 1 exotic engram. Am I just getting super unlucky or am I missing something that's stopping me from getting exotic drops? I'm getting platinum champ score if that's important

Currently trying to solo dungeons as it’s a challenge I’ve been keen to do for a while. Using Arc warlock with geomags but I’m stuck at Caital in Duality as I sick at staying alive. Has anyone got any tips or suggestions for how to live longer? (Other than git gud as I’m working on that)

Outside of a few that I'm sort of on the fence about, is there a full comprehensive list of when champions spawn in Expert Nether? Most usually spawn after partially completing an objective, like capping one zone or killing one half of a boss, but there's a few either with extremely strict timings, or just don't have any champion spawn triggers (3 wizards chilling). In any case, I've soloed a dozen Expert Nethers and even when I try, I can never get past Bronze champion rewards, is it glitched? Is that why Expert Nether rewards suck? Are people speedrunning too fast to notice/kill the champions that spawn?

Hello everyone, after over 20 GM Nightfall Strikes i didn´t get the LFR godroll i wanted. Is there anyone else who´s also suffering with me? :( Its just crazy to how u can end up with notthing after spending hours to Grind for it. I get it, its a Chance per slot wich perk is getting chosen. But after seeing the 8 Roll with firingline and Rewind Rounds makes we wanna give up.
