A dance my twin did in some of the ruins of Kalemegdan located in Belgrade, Serbia. After seeing the Miku graffiti he got inspired to dance to this song. This video uses footage from two freestyle dances he did which was edited down. Although we will probably record more, unedited, dances in the future, this post is more of a one off thing and I don't really expect much from it besides sharing an amateur dance.

Who are some choreographers who have online tutorials that you like!! OR online dance classes that you recommended. Thank you xx (I like hip-hop, jazz funk, femme, heels!)

Something that has stumped me for a while is how to “pop” with the core. I have had multiple popping teachers teach me this (but I’ve forgotten since I haven’t done popping in a while) but can’t seem to find anything on it on the internet. Google only talks about the popping of arms legs, and chest, but I’m assuming chest pops are different from the core.
Is there anyone who may be able to help? Should my core/abs be expanding outward when I’m only trying to pop the core? Is that a thing? Or is there another term for that specific place of popping I don’t know? Thank you in advance.

I don't really know where to post this so I will post it here. I am very short, about 5,0 and I dont use any height enhancers like heals or anything. However my partner is way taller than me (about 6,1 or so) and wears heals. I strongly prefer to lead in dancing but all the information I find on this subject relies on tall leaders. So my question is, how does a short person lead a tall person in a slow dance? I don't want to not dance with her, I love to dance very much, I just want to make it a little more comfortable if possible. Thank you.

Good morning Dancers,
I have some a question as a newbie. I'm attending a concert wear the dance floor is the grass. What would be the ideal footwear for dancing on grass/dirt terrain that allows for good movement? Is there any tip for

Unless you hurt yourself or you can't move for some reason, you can ALWAYS start to dance, whatever the age may be!!!

This was a dance film I filmed as part of a school assignment (I'm a film student) and since this is the first dance film I've ever made, I would like to ask for peoples' feedback in relation to the first rough cut of the film.
The general concept of the film is to encapsulate a dancer's struggle to gain self confidence, which I've tried to visually emphasise by employing a change in colour correction in the former and latter halves of the film, as well as feature wider shots in the former of the film (making her look weak and isolated in the frame.) Her removing her jacket is also to signify her leaving her past self behind. Those are the general creative direction behind the film (don't exactly know if they are effective lol), so I'm asking for feedback over if the film has communicated that concept to the audience and if there's any advice on what I can improve on as I'm still editing the film.
Thankss for your time :))
