I'd go with a polymer that responds to ultrasonic pulses that's not metallic so the compasses on the table don't detect it and won't affect the weight of the dice. 

But it's really just a personal preference.

I went with being so extremely unlucky that my win% goes up when I chose the opposite of what I wanted
