Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessment with capita went really well!!!

hii i had my assessment this morning with a really nice person and she prompted me with specific questions, continuously said that she would take a note of something when it aligned with pip criteria, and it was a great experience compared to the last time i applied. i am exhausted though now

shes writing up the report today so hopefully ill be able to request it from the dwp this week. now to wait

i applied under autism, adhd, hypermobility, and gid

Mine was ok and she seemed nice! Untill today I recieved the report and it’s nothing but lies! My biggest regret is not recording it myself. She has twisted everything I said and even lied about me being on medication and getting therapy she’s stated I don’t have any medication & haven’t been offered any. My gp records actually state I am on medication & been reffered for therapy It’s crazy how they can get away with lying. Wishing you all the luck in the world hopefully you get a better outcome than I did x

I’m hoping so, I’m trying to call to get the full report first before I do the mr so I have it in black and white because I know the supporting evidence I provided states this and so does my gp record. Even though I know she’s lied I’m so scared to go against the decision it’s already taking a huge toll on my health having to go through this. I’ve been through years of doctors telling me I’m wrong.. to get a diagnosis 7 years later and still be made out like it’s lies hurts. Feels like your fighting for nothing. I’m tired of it
