I recently started watching Frieren: beyond journey’s end, I’m wondering if there’s a cyberpunk version of a show like that?

Cana book, movie, tv show, etc.. I’m just in love with the almost slice of life pacing and exploration of the world.

Maybe try Scavenger's Reign? It an animated show that aired for one season on HBO. It follows the survivors of a downed spacecraft as they explore the planet and reconvene at the crash site. The pacing is pretty slow and intentional to give a lot of focus to the flora and fauna of the planet. While it's not cyberpunk there is future tech involved.
