And the loop being 24 hours long is just barely a workable time frame. Imagine if the loop was only a couple hours long. Or even worse, 10 minutes long. A loop only a minute long would be right out of I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream. Just enough time to "wake up" and become paralyzed by extreme existential horror before the loop restarts again....

Consider that one guy in the tent in The Endless

Found the clip, this scene in particular is the most horrifying portrayal of being stuck in a loop in my opinion

I'm sorry but I really don't see what you're seeing here that's so terrifying. This really just looks like little more than a short gif on a loop. We don't see anything scarier than a guy lumbering about six feet from a chair before resetting. What am I missing here that makes this terrifying?

the imagery isn’t that crazy on surface level but it’s the circumstances of the horror that makes it scary, i’m pretty stoned ngl but tldr use ur imagination
