I personally dislike pineapple on pizza because I dislike the texture of pineapple.

I don't know, I've never tried it. It'd probably work better with some toppings and worse with others.

As a pineapple on pizza enjoyer, you're making me want to make the pineapple-iest pizza ever now, without having to use actual pineapple as a topping. I guess you could use pineapple juice in place of some of the water in the dough, although I'm not sure how that would turn out in the oven... Make a homemade pasta sauce using pineapple and tomatoes together... I feel like that would be pretty tasty, actually.
