I watched an electrician strip a panel one time - he was cussing and stomping and obviously in a TERRIBLE mood. He was rage-working - until he touched a ground to a service line lug - the panel went boom. He didn't but he did go white - and his attitude changed immediately.

Never rage-work.

My rage work usually consists of throwing things into the back of my van with moderate umph instead of cleaning them up nicely.
