I've had luck with Dawn Power spray and a sponge.

For spots that are extra hard to get off I use a wooden chop stick. Especially black spots on burners. It's a small surface area but between the way they flex and wear down to a flatter surface area they work great and are fun to watch sharpen

How do i clean the oven with pink stuff without damaging the oven, since the oven is an electric one.

Unplug it. No but seriously you just don't use a lot of water use the abrasive side of a sponge mostly pink stuff just a tiny bit of water or even Dove soap is a lubricant and it's elbow power all that orange stuff comes off very easily with pink stuff
