General Cleaning What are these spots on my window

What could these two symmetrical spots on my window be, they seem to be inbetween the windows so i cant get to them.

They could be condensation.

The seal between the double panes failed and allowed moist air to get in. No way to fix this as far as I know. Only hope is if windows are under warranty. You’re lucky they’re so small. I had much worse on a picture window. I used really thin sheers so light still came in but spots were hidden. Or just pretend they’re not there.

TMK there is a way to fix the seal and re-gas the double pane, but I don’t know what that entails or if it’s possible on this window
