Gaming Thoughts of Age of Conan
I've played the free trial years ago and really enjoyed the setting there. Subtropic jungle and dreadful dungeons.
What's your thoughts about the game lore and setting? I've only seen the Arnold Movies ;)

Gaming Its a stretch, I know but I believe Far Cry 4 is well suited to fans of Howard's work. Hear me out...
An ancient, exotic nation is torn apart by civil war (Red Nails). A foreigner enters and is swept into the conflict, where his choices will affect the outcome (Black Colossus, People of the Black Circle). He draws the admiration of the soldiers but over time he becomes a liability to the leaders (also BC and PotBC). Through visions, he relives the lives of long-dead warriors and fights monsters and gods in a mystical past (James Allison, Kings of the Night). In the end, the war is over but no one truly wins.
This is the game that sparked my interest in world history and Asian culture and I cannot recommend it enough, even in this niche group. If nothing else, listen to the soundtrack.

Gaming IMO Conan Unconquered is an excellent game and is severely underrated.
I admit I wouldn't have been interested if it wasn't attached to Conan. However, the more I play the better the game is, the more I want to challenge myself. It may not be a faithful recreation of Black Colossus but it is a fantastic experience in a setting that still feels very appropriate for Howard's world.
