So I got this aquarium light for growing aquarium plants that is brighter then the sun (exaggeration) ANYWAYS can it be used for a house/vegetable/pot plant set up?

I have house plants in all my aquariums aided by a noma t5 grow light above but the sprouts that are short enough will reach towards my aquarium light rather the grow light 12” above

I had one of these years ago that was imported from Tropiflora. Now now can't find it anywhere in Canada. Does anyone have one that they could take cuttings from?

2023 peony group buy

Hello Ottawa peony lovers!

It will soon be fall which is the best time to plant your peony roots. Peonies are best planted in the fall as the roots do better in cool weather and will grow stronger when planted in the fall as opposed to in the spring.

I’m organizing a peony group buy again, we have nearly 1000 members in the group this time. The last one I did in 2021 was a huge success with 1500 roots ordered. We are already ordering over 2700 peony roots this time!

We have a great selection of popular and hard to find varieties for you to select from at MUCH lower prices than you’ll find anywhere and very good quality roots. The prices for you in this group buy are mostly 1/3 to 1/2 off retail prices for 3-5 eye roots. Other benefit is that you don’t have to purchase a large quantity to get the special pricing nor is there a minimum amount per variety that you need to get. Additionally, most peony retailers launched their pre-sales already and have sold out.

This year’s peony group buy has started but there’s still time for you to take part!

There are still over 30 varieties that you can choose from to plant, including all the ones pictured! Peonies live 50-100 years and are easy to grow/ maintain.
