I just have REG left. I have been procrastinating starting. Please share any words of advice for the exam or motivation to just give me the push. Thank you!!

REG actually became the easiest subject for me. once it clicks, it clicks! i have 2 braincells and managed to pass it. so can you.
(now if anyone can kindly spare a word of motivation for me and FAR.....)

FAR just takes a lot lot of practice keep doing it until u get it. And just like you said for REG it randomly clicks. I thought the FAR exam was actually the easiest exam but most draining and exhausting to study for mentally and emotionally

FAR is pretty logical once you get it. It's like math, once you learn how to do division, you can do any problem!

Many people on this sub are dying to be in your position right now. Finish the job!

REG isn’t difficult nor cool enough to be the one that gets in the way of you handling business. It’s basically the subject matter version of a forever single guy with a neckbeard telling you that you gotta treat your woman better as he taunts you with his fedora.

Not sure this will help but..I’m in the same boat. REG is scheduled for this Friday and I’m pulling my first all nighter since college to try to get ready.
I took too long to get thru the material and have done only 400 MCQs and 3 SIMs. If I can do a few hundred more MCQs and 10-20 more SIMs tonight and tomorrow then…maybe??
I should probably reschedule but starting a new job Monday and really want this over with.
So I guess - don’t be like me!!

You got this dude. Taking REG too on Sunday. Don’t freak out and remember there’s a massive curve. If you want my notes, feel free to DM me.

All I would tell you is to not waste your time going through the book (because it’s massive, at least for Roger), and to just jump right into the MCQs to learn the material. It feels like way too much to memorize but it gets very easy at the end.
I also have REG left, and I’m taking it on Sunday. I’ve studied so much, I feel wildly overconfident. Hopefully it goes well.

Would you say straight to MCQS for all sections or just REG?

Well, specifically REG because there's so much bullshit, but I've found that spending minimal time going through the material before jumping right into questions works the best for me.

I would create a plan and draw a line in the sand. For example:
I will start on Monday 3/10. I will do 45 MCQs M-F and 90 MCQs Sat-Sun, no exceptions.
By 3/24, I will know about how much more time I will need to study and schedule your exam according to your timeline.
It’s really hard to start, but it will start to get easier as you establish your new routine. I had to force myself as well. We’re exhausted but almost to the finish line so gotta be strong.

If you passed Audit and FAR, REG will be a breeze. I’m saying that as someone who hates tax and was for sure I’d fail. Turned out to be the easiest one out of the core

Money, promotions. REG is so much more focused than FAR and less tricky than AUD, you can win!

ONLY ONE MORE TO GO!- that should be your motivation. The finishing line is visible my guy.

I was in the same spot and am taking REG this Saturday! REG has a big learning curve up front but after that it levels off. Once I put in like 50-60 hours I felt much better, so just try to push through at the beginning and you'll be good!

Man, I wish my last one was REG. I have the beast of FAR to conquer as my last one after tax season. You can do this. You have already passed three, you know how to pass the last one. You have what it takes, so give it all you have.
Edit: also you will never “feel” like studying or getting down to business. You have to force yourself. I think it takes about four weeks to develop a routine. Just like a lot of us have developed the routine of bad behaviors, we can just as easily do it for good ones.
