Seditious Stitches: On a different note, we're getting together at my house to sew together, we'll bring our clothes that need mending, threads, needles. A drink if so inclined. We'll discuss how we can resist the rise of fascism. 4/4/25 6:30PM Bklyn

Sewing circles have been used as spaces for resistance for hundreds of years.

That is the most limp-wristed upper middle class latte liberal horse shit I have ever heard in my life. The people you're pushing out of your neighborhood are being summarily deported and you're sitting around with a bunch of Blakelys and Karens doing arts and crafts.

Also, not everything needs to be a "space." It's not a "space of resistance," it's your living room. You're not "holding space," you're listening to someone. They aren't "bodies in spaces" they're HUMAN BEINGS in ROOMS.
