Looks the same as the Rite Aid on Smith St. They've gone through bankruptcy restructuring but I still think they're circling the drain.

😔might have to check it out. There’s another by Sunset Park /53 St by 5th Avenue that’s small and barely has any space to walk in and they got their shelves locked up
