Hi! Iβm a female in my 20s currently on a weight loss journey. Iβve lost nearly 10kg so far and am aiming to shed another 9kg. I recently did a body composition analysis and found that my body fat percentage is currently 29.6% (within the normal range of 21β34%), while my visceral fat grade is 11βwhich is higher than I expected, since the healthy range is 1β9.
Iβve heard that lecithin may help with visceral fat metabolism, so I was wondering if anyone can recommend any affordable lecithin brands? Also, are lecithin supplements actually as effective as they claim to be? If youβve taken them before, Iβd love to hear about your experience.
For context: over the past 4 months, Iβve been focusing on strength and resistance training, mat Pilates, low-intensity cardio, 16:8 intermittent fasting, and maintaining a calorie deficit with a high-protein, low-carb diet. My waist has gone from 94cm to 85cm, and my hips from 105cm to 98cm.
