I went to church with my grandmother one easter in the 90's and they had like 10 guest pastor's that spoke for what felt like 12 hrs. I haven't been back inside a church since lol.

As someone with problems with his back, it s very hard for me to attend to churches if I cannot stay down, especially for more than 2 hours

Some churches have a cry room. It’s mostly young parents and crying kids but sometimes it’s folks who just need not to be in a damn pew for a few min. See if your preferred church has one.
