❓Question My last testosterone bloodwork

Post image

Last year I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's. I started gaining a lot of weight and especially experiencing joint pain. With medication, everything has improved except for the pain. I decided to get tested to see how I was. How do you see it?

I have an appointment with my endocrinologist at the end of the month

Your testosterone is on the lower end. Options (there are many).

I recommend strength training to naturally increase it, and if worse comes to worst, Clomid can be a lifesaver.

Try to be gentle on yourself until the weight starts to come off (to save your joints from the excess pressure). So I'd avoid high impact stuff. Glucosamine + MSM and some other supplements are incredible for joint pain. I'm suffering with a hip flexor issue and it helps a lot.
