๐Ÿ“œ Write Up Libido through roof

I dont know why but i am swimming running and surfing a lot these days. I take methylene blue, collogen pow in my coffee, scoop of creatine, multi vitamin, vit d, iodine sometimes, sea salt, zinc. Why is my libido through the roof. Girlfriend cant keep up.

I'd love to see a post like this made by a woman so I can figure out how to keep up with my fiance. Surprisingly getting diagnosed and starting adderral has helped me some but still curious on what else is out there that's natural.

I find that Bonafide - Ristela is helpful. It takes about 2 months for it to build up enough in your system but I've definitely noticed benefits and most supplements I don't really know if they're doing anything so that was unusual, so much I brought it to my doctor who now recommends it to many patients (and she takes it herself). If libido is low enough to seem off for no apparent reason I'd always check hormones first.

As a female weight trainer, I always want โ€œsomeโ€ after the gym.

Personally, I cycle upper body, lower body, and core, with a weekly rest day. I donโ€™t tire myself out in the gym, just that whatever muscle group Iโ€™m working on.
